Emilee and I joined Jordan on a field trip to Albertson's. I was actually very impressed with the presentation they had for the kids. They took us to different sections of the store, told the kids which food group the different foods fell into, had a chart about the food groups and had the kids repeat how many of each food group they should eat each day. They even gave them samples of healthy foods. It was pretty cool and the kids were very involved.

What a fun field trip! It sounds way better than the tour at Maceys. And free samples- anything with a snack counts as double fun!
That sounds like so much fun! Hey I checked the bookstore for a pink jersey and they didn't have one. Let me know if you would like me to still get something from there. See ya on Christmas Eve!!
Fun! Maybe I will quiz Jordan on the food groups. I love talking to him.
Wow! That does sound like a good presentation. Healthy snacks also, that is something else.
